We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

We offer a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as unique carriage houses with private garages. Our spacious floor plans range from 756 to 1,490 square feet to perfectly fit your lifestyle. Our community is proudly served by the Littleton Elementary School District and the Tolleson Union High School District. The closest schools to the property are Collier Elementary School, Avondale Middle School, and West Point High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change and residents should contact the school district to confirm assignments.
